Shipping and Returns
Orders are typically shipped out 1-3 business days after the order is placed. However, we always make our best effort to ship out orders on the same day the order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. Shipment is from our warehouse in Washington, so delivery times will vary according to destination.
Pashmina Perfection offers FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more (less taxes and shipping) within the USA.
Return and Exchange Policy
Within thirty (30) days of your purchase date, you may return your pashmina in the original condition for a store credit, minus any discounts and shipping and handling costs. If items that are returned for store credit within the thirty (30) days of purchase are in unsalable condition, Pashmina Perfection will not refund the product.
Items with manufacturer defects may be exchanged for a duplicate item or store credit within thirty (30) days of the product purchase date. Shipping charges incurred by customers when returning products will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Items missing from an order must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of the order delivery date.
After thirty (30) days from the purchase date, items will NOT be deemed eligible for exchange, return, or store credit for any reason.
Note: Pashmina Perfection will only consider products made for and sold by Pashmina Perfection for exchange, return, or store credit. Products purchased from other retailers are not eligible and will be promptly rejected.
Pashmina Perfection products being returned for exchange or store credit must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by Pashmina Perfection.
To obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, send a request to email@example.com with your name, order number, item being returned, and the reason for return. The shipping instructions and RMA number will then be sent to you. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the return package so that it can be easily identified. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
If you are returning a defective item within thirty (30) days of purchase, please note whether you would like a store credit or an exchange.
Pashmina Perfection is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
