In today's edition of the Pashmina Perfection Style Lab, we wanted to put together a cute, summer outfit that would keep you both chic and cool at the same time! The color coordination in this look will have you looking like a diva. Once again, we will show you how you can mix and match closet staples combined with a few affordable accessories to put together a truly unforgettable look!
To start off this ensemble, we grabbed simple, black pair of shorts along with a beige tank top. The gold button detailing on the shorts add a little bit of bling without going over the top. As a variation, you can also achieve the same look by pairing tan shorts with a black top, so grab whatever you have in your closet. We love versatility!
Next, we layered on one our customers' favorite scarves - our French Tapestry Scarf. This gorgeous, patterned scarf matches perfectly with this outfit and adds dimension and interest. The lightweight feel of this scarf makes it absolutely ideal for this time of the year. Wear it as a scarf, shawl, or simply wrap it around your purse handles as a decorative accent - this piece can be used in many different ways!
To put this finishing touches on this outfit, we grabbed a cute pair of black ballet flats. Their simple, clean look complement this ensemble beautifully, and their gold accents add the perfect amount of bling. In addition, we decided to throw on a gorgeous, gold bracelet. Next, you can't go wrong with a standard, chic, black handbag that adds an element of class and sophistication. Finally, to amp up the fashionista factor of this look, we chose a black fedora - does it get any cuter than that?
